And watching someone else make the profit you knew was there, completely sucks, doesn’t it?!  Been there!

Let Me Share My Story

There are so many struggles at the beginning of your journey and let me tell you, I had my fair share.
I too suffered from a lack of confidence and a lot of the time felt totally overwhelmed with analysis paralysis, often feeling scared to make decisions about potential deals. What if I was wrong and lost all my money!
I got my first taste of success in property development back in 2007, when I made a very healthy $100,000+ profit from a new house construction and with a profit like that, I should have stuck with this strategy!

But a seminar with the Reno Kings [yes it shows how long ago that was!] had me instead going all in on renovations. While I managed to inject extra value into a couple of properties, it still left me negatively geared and working harder than ever to cover the expenses, instead of fulfilling my dream of generating passive income.
 
My turning point came when I walked away from a long-term relationship, leaving behind an almost-debt free house and very little to show for my many years of hard grind.
 
You might be able to relate to this, because as I’ve seen with many women in my community, there is often a trigger that forces us to take a hard look at ourselves and where we are in life.  This was that moment for me.
 
Attending a seminar by a well-known female property educator gave me a much needed reminder [because sometimes that’s all we need] of what property development could help me achieve, renewing my enthusiasm and belief that financial freedom was possible for me.
 
My journey hasn’t been fast paced or easy, but my ‘why’ has kept me focused over the subsequent years and given me the determination to not settle for anything less than the financial freedom I’m chasing [which at this point, I’m not far off from achieving!].

I started mentoring in 2020, with one main objective:

To Empower Women in Property Development. 
 
My goal is to shine a light on women like you, in this male dominated industry, and make sure you receive the support you need to bridge the gap between your training and your first deal. 
 
I’ve seen many women without support give up without results, and I don’t want that for you.
 
Ok, so after my clunky start what have I managed to achieve?
 
Well, I’ve been focused on property for a little over 20 years now, and a full-time developer since 2015. Over the years I’ve completed 18+ successful projects using a variety of strategies including new builds, renovations, land subdivisions, joint ventures with property owners, option agreements, removal homes and dual occupancies.

Think of me as your personal cheerleader as you move forward on this journey. I’m here to provide supportive guidance, help you take action, challenge your fears, and fill any knowledge gaps as you seek out your first property development deal. 
 
Here’s what I’m not: I’m not a financial adviser, an accountant, or a lawyer. I can’t decide for you whether or not you should progress with the deals you find. But what I most definitely can do, is make sure you have the tools and the confidence to make that decision for yourself! 

We'll get along great if:
  • You’re a female property developer looking for her first or second deal 
  • You’ve completed at least one property course
  • You’re ready for change and committed to figuring out how to move forward
  • You’re coachable and willing to do the work to make things happen
  • You appreciate a no nonsense, but caring and honest mentor who will give you
